Listened to a podcast suggesting to pick a recipe for the year to improve and make as a go to dish.
Being overly ambitious as ever, I’ve chosen two recipes of the year.
- Greek Party Squares, which I’ve made before. I’m just going to do it more this year. Improve in it. Memorize it.
- Foccacia bread. I’ve been saying for years I want to make bread. So let’s pick one and get good at it. It’s supposed to be easy and has lots of flexibility.
This weekend, I will make the squares for craft day and I’ll find a foccacia recipe.
