Rest is a priority

Today, I dealt with mildly grouchy son (who was surprisingly well prepared for school today), calling the old pool company, calling one of my cardiology offices, talking to insurance salesperson, and picking up an online order.

I give myself grace to NOT yet call the AC company to cancel contract, plan a spa day with daughter, make a decision on future adventures out of town, nor cancel an online subscription. *moving all to later in the week*

Tonight I will make sourdough bread, walk and read.

Rest is productivity. Note: I count baking sourdough and reading and walking as rest. They aren’t chores.
