EXPERIMENT: meditate 7 mornings in a row

Also set up persistent reminders from the Calm App for 7 am every day. But I have not seen them… I cannot rely only on my desire to do it. I know I have time in the morning; I can carve out ten minutes from social media and game apps.

5/8:,ok, I got a pre-bedtime meditation is. But mornings are better. Must make it a priority.

5/9 — I know early in morning would be best option, but I seem to put it last so it doesn’t happen then. The alerts haven’t been happening. I’ll check on alerts, and start telling myself to mediate after dog walk, before pills, so it is part of the things I do regularly.

results: I want to continue. It really needs to be in morning. I don’t think the alerts are working. Or I’m ignoring them… maybe I will see if I can set up alert on iPhone watch.
