Weight goals & plan

Weight goals

  1. get out of obese range
  2. get diabetes numbers down
  3. fit back into my less fat clothes
  4. don’t be embarrassed by my belly
  5. 180 lbs

How to:

  1. no pepsi
  2. waaay less sugary food and snacks
  3. talk to dietitian
  4. regular walking
  5. regular sleeping
  6. daily weigh ins
  7. daily food journal by hand
  8. weekly checkins with Sean
  9. no eating after 8
  10. more fruits & veggies
