Things I did today instead of Doom Scrolling

  1. rented a car
  2. Drove a car while listening to music
  3. hugged my husband a very long time
  4. petted my dog a lot
  5. returned the car
  6. Downloaded an ebook of Anne of Green Gables because apparently I left my hard copy at my daughters
  7. helped Sean with cat sitting duties
  8. wrote a grocery list
  9. Went grocery shopping
  10. enjoyed an entire season of Slow Horses which was good fun as I had not read the book this one was based on.
