Things I did today instead of Doom Scrolling
- took son to correct university office, and sat back to let him cope with a bureaucratic matter
- attended house inspection, thought about paint colors, and when to do various projects
- talked to a house painter
- rescheduled an online book club meeting that was going to conflict with an e-bike trip
- had lunch and a walk around the mall with my daughter
- Washed two days worth of dishes
- refilled pill box with a month of pills
- Went to grocery store, and let son go in and do all the shopping (especially since the whole list was for him and the cat)
- enjoyed an elegant crystal goblet of limoncello
- cuddled the cat
