​Things I did today instead of Doom Scrolling 

  1. Cranked out 6 trust and one business tax returns
  2. Listened to David Byrne
  3. Returned stuff to Amazon without dealing with a person
  4. Went shopping at a home goods store and bought pretty things at a discount.
  5. Explored the app connected to our new car, discussed the weirdness with husband 
  6. Had ice cream with the boy
  7. Strolled around neighborhood while talking to my best friend
  8. Admired the moon
  9. Listened to book 3 of Dungeon Crawler Carl series 
  10. Moisturized
