Things I did today instead of doomscrolling:

1. Painted
   
2. Went to church (didn’t like minister)
   
3. Rehashed all the ways his sermon could be better with my daughter & her friend
   
4. Worked on 3 tax returns, turning in two for review and one for 2nd review
   
5. Walked around mall with husband
   
6. Helped son find clothes he “lost” by asking about the half full hamper in his closet 
   
7. Drove son and cat to his college apartment
   
8. Ate red licorice 
   
9. Rested my legs while listening to future Broadway show Good Guy With A Gun
