I’ve had so many workmen in the house, I need to start classifying them as D&D characters.
- Our electrician? Totally a dwarf (the Tolkien kind — he wasn’t an actual dwarf) wizard
- Electrician assistant? a half elf wizard’s assistant
- Dishwasher repair? a barbarian rogue
- Handyman? Human Paladin
- Locksmith? Ought to be a rogue with that profession, but he was charming and did more than expected: so maybe human warlock
- Cleaning lady? Halfling fighter
- Fence installer? Half-orc fighter
- Fence salesman: human bard
- Garage door inspector? Human ranger
